Pranav Singh, aka Paaji, may look like a full Punjabi munda, but he grew up in South India and can debate chutney ratios like a professor. Loud, warm, chaotic, and deeply emotional about benne dosa, filter coffee, and anything served hot on a banana leaf.

Anand Nair, aka Anna, grew up in Delhi and knows his way around parathas, chole, naan, chai, and street-style North Indian comfort. Calm on the outside, full Delhi food drama on the inside.
